The First Conversation
The episode that was supposed to stay private. Arash and Amin talk about the cost of AI, leaving Google, agents, and how programming changes when the tools do.
Hello, I hope you're well. Welcome to the first episode of The Last Question. I'm Arash. Each episode, Amin and I talk with you about what's happening in technology and artificial intelligence.
Like a lot of what I've made before, this show started as a way to document conversations I was already having in day-to-day life.
The pace of change is dizzying, and it can be a little frightening. Nobody knows how the future will turn out, but it's hard to deny that this period is extraordinarily exciting. New solutions, new problems, and new tools appear every day, and the way we interact with machines is being remade.
Here we talk about those changes, and about the new world taking shape in front of us.
This was supposed to be episode zero, something we recorded and kept to ourselves. The conversation turned out well. Instead of overthinking it, we decided to publish it and see what people say.
